wild guess: You have set up the firewall from scratch reuisng the old IP address and therefore not yet a node secret on it.
The ACE/Server's databse still has the old entry for the client with the entry "node secret sent" marked.
If this is the case then go to your client's entry in the ACE administration tool and remove the mark from above entry and retry.
