I would think that with express not allowing this on a global scale, the per service persistency would not also be allowed. On your express manager is this option available per service? I do not have an express manager to check. On that note, does any one have a listing of the actual difference's between express and enterprise, besides limited nodes? In addition to the global persistency I know of SAM blocking not being available with express.
