Take a look at your Implied Rules and then determine what you need.
Open your SmartdashBoard and go to View--> Implied Rules. You will now
see rules that do not have a number assigned to them and that you can
not edit these rules.

(You can also do this in demo mode and then you can play around with
your Global Properties to see exactly what you need.)
