I'm unsure if CLM is the same as standard SmartCenter in this regard but in standard NGX SmartCenter, you can only create 1 admin in cpconfig and all others have to be created in SmartDashboard.

All,
I've a SmartCenter and a CLM box (both Nokia IP650) managing a single Nokia IP530 Enforcement module. All is running NG with AI R55w with HFA_03 on IPSO 3.7.1 build 020. On the CLM box, I created 5 different account (via cpconfig) so that different users can log into the CLM box via SmartView Tracker to look at the log in real-time. Everything is working great. Today, I have been tasked to add another CLM box running NGx R60 with HFA_01 for testing purposes. The customers want the same function with the CLM R60 box as the AI R55w CLM box (meaning they want 5 different accounts on the NGx box). The problem is that when I run "cpconfig" on the NGx box, I only see "Administrator" NOT
"Administrators" as I would with the AI R55w CLM box. What it means is that I
can only
create ONE (1) account. I would like to create 4 other accounts on this box. How can I do that? Since the CLM is standalone logging server, I can not use SmartDashboard and connect
to it and create the other accounts.
I opened a TAC case with Nokia but they have no clue either. Can someone who is familiar with NGx R60 CLM help me with this? TIA cisco
