Hi,
I have the same trouble, did you find a solution or is it a hide limitation of
express product?

Objet : [FW-1] Problem with connections_limit on R55 Gateway

Hi,

How can I set "connections_limit" in Checkpoint Gateway R55 managed
by Checkpoint Express R55 ?

I don't have "Capacity Optimization" Tab in SmartDashboard....

First - what i try..
1. GuiDBedit and modify "connections_limit" and "connection_hashsize"
in Global Properties->firewall_properties

2. Manually edit objects_5_0.C file

After that connections_limit is still 25.000

My configuration:
Checkpoint Express R55 - Linux RH 7.2, 1GHZ,512MB
Checkpoint Gateway R55 - Linux RH 7.3, 3GHZ,2GB (for 500.000 concurrent
connections)
