I had a similar issue. I had to run the commands(upgrade_checker &
upgrade_export) from the cdrom to get them to work.

Hi, I downloaded the
"upgrade_checker_SecurePlatform.tgz" file from
UserCenter for Upgrade to NGX, but when i try to make
an upgrade_export using this utilities on a Secure
Platform R55, it shows me the following error
messages:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] ./upgrade_export backup_policy
./upgrade_export: error while loading shared
libraries: libstdc++.so.5: cannot open shared object
file: No such file or directory
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
Anybody knows what is the problem??
