Remember, before you disable Smart Defense, at least make a database
revision.  That way if there are problems, you can get your environment back
into a known state.  I know creating database revisions/upgrade_exports are
beaten to death around here, but they really do give you a ton of options if
a disk fails or if a policy is corrupted.
