Unlike other firewalls, VPN-1/FireWall-1 does not have any design or
architectural limitations regarding the size of the Rule Base or policy
objects. However, am not very sure about the Service. Did you find a
solution for this...

- There is no limit regarding the number of firewall rules that are
supported.
- There is no limit regarding the number of objects.
- There is no limit regarding the number of network objects that can be
defined at the source or destination field.
- There is no limit regarding the combination of source,
destination,services and "install on" objects.
- There is no limit regarding the number of routing entries in the routing
table.

If a system reach a certain limit, it is probably memory or disk space
based. In addition there is a logical barrier on the number of efficient
managed modules per management station. This limitation is NOT hard coded in
any way and it is vary according to the system specific attributes.
