Hello Alvaro, Check and see if you have a full hard drive on that machine. I have seen several times that if the hard drive is full it becomes impossible to install the policy, although I just can't remember the exact message that came out those times.
If in fact it is full, delete (or move somewhere else) a few of the log files located in $FWDIR/log, you should see some of them have a date on their name, those are the old ones, not currently active and that you can remove.
