Also, you could submit a service request at the SecureTrack and explained the problems when ordering the R60-HFA 03 media, and she'll send you the media in 2 weeks (as I've already done so and it works) Just ignore those vendor if they ask you to pay for it, since you can have it for free. I did that in June and got R61 in stead of R60-HFA03. If I try to order HFA03 now I get a message saying I ordered it in June already. Sigh...
