First of all, I would like to thank Ronny Vannigh for pointing to the right Nokia resolution 1512967 and it does mention specifically that IPSO 4.1 is supported for AI R55P and nothing else. A little bit of clarification from me. I was referring to HFA_327 and NOT HFA_325 on NG FP3 but it does not matter because NG FP3 is not supported on IPSO4.1 anyway. After more research, I found out the product engineer in my company, NOT NOKIA, tested this combination and claimed that it works. To me that is complete BS because he is just one man and he could not have possibly tested all the features/bugs in this combination. Talking about arrogance. The IPSO4.1 and NG FP3 combination never goes through the QA process by Nokia. This alone tells me that we should scrap this thing altogether. I will in fact bring this up to my management. If the customer knows that we're doing this shit, they will definitely sue us (I know I would if I were the customer). Thanks guys for your wonderful advices. cisco4ng

I would highly doubt that it is supported. In fact, I would not be surprised to see NG FP3 and earlier go unsupported soon. Check Point doesn't even list FP1 on their software subscription download page any more. When you select FP3, only IPSO 3.5, 3.5.1 and 3.6 are listed as available versions. The release notes for FP3 HFA326 do not mention specific IPSO versions. Do you have docs that say IPSO 4.1 is supported by Check Point when running FP3 HFA 325? Just because it doesn't generate any errors during the installation doesn't mean it will work as designed. If there's a breach for any reason and your company is running mismatched versions, heads will roll even if the version mismatch wasn't the cause.
