I tried this from mgmt server, even after authenticating to the fw and I
get There is no sic for <ip address>

Has anyone given this a try?

If you don't have physical access to the box, from the manager:

fw stat <ipaddress_of_the_firewall>

Use the -s flag for the short report and the -l flag for the long
report.
