We too have been experiencing this. I originally blaimed our proxy (so bypassed it), then assumed it was firewall (or smartdefence), so I bypassed that by putting a machine outside the firewall. sourceforge.net and slashdot.org are two I constantly see going slow. In addition - we are seeing downloads that just stop. (usually at the same place) - although if I login to my home machine, it works fine (same ISP). I was at the point of blaming the NZ gateways - it's **nice** to see I'm not the only one seeing this. We are running R61.

I called CP and they could not come up with anything. Basically these sites, or some device between us on these sites, does not like the source IP of 65.220.79.5. The only thing I can think of is that we have been Black listed and some reverse-proxy service or something does not like .5 and is choking us off.
