Still down. This is pretty unbelievable. They still have a mismatch in their
authoritative server zone serial numbers as well:

I am awfully glad I did not go ahead and do a planned upgrade this weekend.
A lack of all support except phone, and probably an overloaded CP tech
support phone system on a short-staffed holiday weekend, could be a disaster
for us with regard to our SLA's for downtime and for the business
connectivity.

Me too, seems like they are having issues with it, around 11am CST it was
working again and I was able to get in and do what I needed but I see it is
down again.
