What is SmartView Tracker showing?
If fw monitor shows i and I, for sure the firewall is processing the
traffic, the Tracker should tell you why it is not being passed through.

This configuration is not working properly; with fwmonitor, I see the
"i" and "I" traces, but only the "o" outgoing trace...
