I sugest you to try to run the commands "cphastop/cphastart" in both machines, some times these commands put "some order" in the clusterxl. Check the state with "cphaprob state" , if everything looks ok after this, try change de priority of the cluster members to they swap the state (active/standby| standby/active) and check again with the "cphaprob state" if they are ok.
