Hi, I have problem with HideNAT connections. For example a customer behind HideNAT wants to open web page, at the first time his browser doesn't display web page but after refresh the web page is displayed without any problem.
Using "fw ctl zdebug drop" I have recorded these error messages: fw_log_drop: Packet proto=6 x.x.x.x:4296 -> x.x.x.x:25 dropped by fw_first_packet_xlation Reason: NAT rulematch failed fw_log_drop: Packet proto=17 x.x.x.x:61951 -> x.x.x.x:52525 dropped by fw_first_packet_xlation Reason: NAT rulematch failed fw_log_drop: Packet proto=6 x.x.x.x:2028 -> x.x.x.x:80 dropped by fw_first_packet_xlation Reason: NAT rulematch failed Does anybody know what can cause this problem ? Configuration: 2 CP FWs NGX R60 in Load Sharing mode, PerformancePack, running on Crossbeam X40. Thank you for any help.
