Yes, resources can cause you to loose sleep and there are other
alternatives. R65 has web filtering as part of the content inspection, I
can not comment on high traffic environments but on a small scale this
seems to work well. Anyone using this in a high traffic setup?

The nearest thing is playing with resource definitions. But it may
result 
in sleep deprivation.

Anyone willing to block URL's should considere a product that is geared
to 
that. Your firewall is not the best way to do that.
