Hello, I have a customer with a SmartCenter/Eventia Reporter machine and two fw modules in HA. Everything runs over R65 SPLAT.
Apparently the Eventia Reporter Database is failing to get its regular maintenance, which is supposed to occur at 2am. SV Tracker shows logs with the following info every time it fails the procedure: Automatic maintenance cannot remove enough records to reach the low-end threshold since participating tables do not have enough old records to remove Problem is the Reporter DB reached 99% and seems not to be consolidating more records as reports from recent events come up blank. I found that error message in the Eventia Reporter Admin Guide (pdf), but followed the suggestions about this issue, increased the DB capacity (from 40Gb to 80Gb) and lowered the "high end" value for the maintenance from the default 80 to 75, but my customer found out the DB is getting filled again, in two days it already reached 85% and he is finding the same error logs in the SV Tracker, so for sure the problem remains and the DB will be full really soon. I could not find anything about this in the Secure Knowledge. Has anybody had this issue before? Any help will be very appreciated.
