To generate a cpinfo for the Provider-1/ SiteManager-1 MDS,
1.. Log into the MDS machine.
2.. Change the shell to the C-shell with the command csh.
3.. Run the command mdsenv.
(This will set the environment for the entire MDS, in case it was changed
previously.)
4.. Verify the environment with command:
echo $MDSDIR
5.. Run the command:
cpinfo -o mdsinfo
Where mdsinfo is a name of the file to which you will save cpinfo data.
6.. Use gzip to compress the file, and send it to Check Point support.

For the CMA
1.. Log into the MDS as super user.
2.. Run the commands to launch the cpinfo script:
3.. mdsenv
cpinfo -c <cma_name> -o <cmainfo>
Where cmainfo is the name of the file to which cpinfo data is saved.
4.. Use gzip to compress the file, and send it to Check Point support.
