Did you purchase a support contract when you purchased the box? I
assume so since Check Point doesn't like to talk to you for even a
minute without a valid maintenance contract...even if you're a partner
with a Not For Resale box! We've had our share of frustration with
that whole deal.

Hi all,
UTM-1 appliance; Secureplatform; R62
Have contacted Professional Services with Checkpoint and I have to
wait
for them to call me back - who know how long.
Have tried two local companies that only do Checkpoint work. One
was on
contract to be here Thursday and their whole staff of experienced
techs
was called off on a job.
Our old checkpoint guy knows nothing about our appliance - he's old
school UNIX FW NG. Poor guy couldn't even help me with minor issues
when bringing the box into production.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
