Hi,
when changing the log directory under Microsoft Windows you will need to define or redefinde the registry key
  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CheckPoint\FW1\6.0\FWLOGDIR
Maybe you have to adapt the version number in there. Within this key you can define a drive and a directory. Be sure that the new logging directory exists when the machine is rebooting because otherwise the software will not start correctly. You can export the firewall log to syslog, even if it's not recommended due to security reasons (UDP and clear text). If you want to do it, use the "logger" command combined with alerts or "fw log -ftl | ..."
