That's true. A management HA pair can't be synchronized if both
smartcenter don't run the same version.
Checkpoint scenario for ha upgrade is described in sk35559, but fallback
is easier if you keep the r65 primary.
If your management runs on virtual machine and fallback can be done
quickly, you can follow what's described in sk35559.
