Hi Charles, Thank you for the reply. I have tried cplic print as you told to, and I can't see any license there, where it actually should be there (imported with the previous config). Is it fine to say it is corrupt? If so, will replacing the cp.contract file will resolve the problem? And how should I do that?

I believe it could be what happened over your upgrade. You can validate the error doing a cplic print which might segfault when trying to print the contracts (2nd section of the output after licences). You can fo a quick search in the user center for 'corrupt contract file', you should find it right away. You basically just need to replace the cp.contract file and restart services. After installing the package by importing the backup configuration. Here is the problem. When I tried to enter the SmartDashboard, I was rejected, with error message "Make sure that the server is up and you are defined as a GUI Client". I can ping the server and I'm using the GUI Client IP to enter the SmartDashboard. P.S : This is not happened when I was upgrading the firewall from R65 to R75.20.
