What is the purpose of the :peers statement in the userc.c file on the
secure client machine? The IP address of our cold standby firewall, which
the management station pushes policy to, keeps showing up in the usrc.c file
peer statement. We also see port 259 traffic destined for the peer ip
address from the secure client machine. We're doing IKE encryption.
