[FW-1] Cant get VPN access to my AS400

We have been running a VPN between two sites for about a year now. Its running on Firewall 4.1 SP5 and Windows 2000 SP3.

I tried to connect to our AS400 through the VPN and it times out.  The logs show an Encrypted Telnet package and then a Decrypted Telnet package at the other end but it still times out.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
