[FW-1] SecureClient Question

If we were to use SecureClient instead of SecuRemote, as a VPN client, can we assign a permanent static internal IP address to the person coming in with the SC software?  We want a particular user coming into the firewall to be allocated a IP address that we can control, so that we can create a rule that will allow us to print to a printer attached to the SC user's computer.

I thought I remember a discussion awhile back from someone that said SecureClient can do this, but I am unsure.
