[FW1] Update Estimate

I am currently running FW 4.0 SP5 and I need to update to 4.1.
 
I'm looking at recommended steps to do this update and also a how long it should take (so I can let my users know how long the internet will be unavailable to them)
 
ANY info is welcome.
