Hello Dan eSafe Protect Gateway (Alladin) and VirusWall (Trendmicro) seem to do a good job, but my favorite mail-checker is MailSweeper (Content Technology). It works as a SMTP-Relay and allows a more flexible configuration for checking and stripping attachments (and much more).
