Would not recommend e-safe for only one reason. They are simply terrible at
getting updates out. A pretty good product otherwise.
They still do not have an update for the New Love virus that came out today.
CA had one 3 hours ago.

eSafe Protect Gateway (Alladin) and VirusWall (Trendmicro) seem to
do a good job, but my favorite mail-checker is MailSweeper (Content
Technology).
It works as a SMTP-Relay and allows a more flexible configuration
for checking and stripping attachments (and much more).
It�s a little bit off topic here, but you ask for it :-)

In light of the number of new viruses coming out lately, I was thinking of

op a server to check my mail. What is a good 3rd party package that works

Checkpoint and will let me scan mail for viruses and do things like strip
