[FW1] SMTP Security server question

I have this setup to CVP to another server and then pass mail where it belongs.   I also have access to/from the firewall outside my net blocked   Xmy net    Firewall        ANY         DROP Firewall    Xmy net        ANY        DROP     I now see packets in the log like               SRC Port                                            DST port   Drop    4195        HostX            FIREWALL      smtp        len 40       My mailserver MX is not the firewall it is MAIL>?   Should there be any access to my firewall for SMTP Security Server?
