Shouldn't be any problems from a FW-1 perspective, I've done it before.
However, check your system config scripts, they may be modified (such
/etc/inetd.conf or /etc/syslog.conf). You can always run Tripwire on
your config files, then do a compare after the upgrade (but that is just
the geek in me :)
