First check the users VPN settings. Remember both the user, and the gateway
must have the same encryptiuon method defined. Also ensure that the user has
a valid authentication method, and an expiration date later than the day you
try the test.

Subject: [FW1] SecuRemote + ESP not working.
Hi,
I'm trying to use SecuRemote 4.1 3DES build 4157 but I get a "user is not
defined properly" when I try to authenticate. On the user encryption
properties I'm using ISAKMP with "Encryption + Data Integrity (ESP)". If I
change that to "Data Inegrity Only (AH)" everything works fine. FW1 is a v.
4.0 SP5 build 1381. I've tried all criptographic algoritms availabe (my FW1
is strong) with no luck. My SecuRemote station is directly attached on the
external net (no routers betwen it and the FW1 box).
What I'm doing wrong?
Thanks,
Gelson
