What GUI build are you running? Mine is 41484(NT).
No I haven't had any problems(yet?) with uploading. Can you
give us more info about your setup? What is the output to
'fw ver -k'? Where does the option for 4.0 appear(GUI?) Can
you see the 4.1 option?
