Did you use cpconfig/fwm to create the user? Or are you referring to
a 'UNIX' user?
See www/phoneboy.com/fw1/faq/0099.html for example.
Again, I don't know how to use the Nokia, so it's hard for me to say
exactly. Since they're trying to sell you a unit, will Nokia/VAR
help you out here?
