Although I agree with you, I just wanted to say that this is not a just Checkpoint
issue. I called Sun once and asked if I could get a copy of their Solaris SA 1
material. They told me it cost $3000, but I could get it free if I took the class.
I guess if they sold or gave out the courseware no one would take the classes. As
far as the poor manuals go, it seems to be the norm in the computer industry to
produce manuals and documentation that aren't very helpful.
