I want to thank everyone who helped out with this. I managed to get FW-1 4.1sp1 working with the FORE ATM driver by using version 5.0 of the FORE drivers. These drivers are quite a bit different to setup and install than the 4.1 drivers so it took me sometime to get the interface working properly. But once that was done, a fresh install of 4.1sp1 worked like a charm. Sorry, I did not try an upgrade. I suspect that 4.0sp5 may not work with ATM 5.0.
