Allen,
How big are the files? Is 'she' sending them to the same place
everytime? What is your setup(network, proxies-if any), fw-1
versions, etc.)?
The logs may not help here, but do they indicate problems
like drops/rejects? Have you tried to sniff the connection?
The timeouts will be from packets not making it where they're
suppose to(I know - duh :). We need to find out why
this is happening. When the tranmission succeeds, do you
find that the files are of similar size or is it sporatic(sometimes
large files fail, sometimes small files fail)?
