This SecuRemote license just lets SR clients connect, but doesn't
give you encryption

This gives you a 25-user firewall module, with NO encryption.

There is no encryption license. You need an encryption license to make the
encrypt and client encrypt features available. This is separate from the SR
license (and it will cost money). The encryption license is needed for the
management station (if it doesn't have an encryption license already) and
for the firewall.
