Hi all,

I have been trying to get thru what should be a no-brainer.
Client has a small contingent of people that are using another hosts domain
to pop-3 in to get their email.
The pop server got hit hard as a spam relay server and they had us lock
their FW 3.0b/NT down to only accept mail to *@theirdomian.com
In the process, as we told them, their pop-3 people would loose out and be
denied.
I set up a basic client auth rule:
src     dest          srv                   act
any->mailhost->pop-3/smtp->cleint auth
That works and gets them in to get mail, but when they send it bombs out on
the clean-up rule.
src              dest   srv             act
popuser@any->any->pop-3/smtp->client auth

When the user logs in thru the telnet session I see them authenticated for
both rules, they get their mail.
Anybody have any ideas? Iam against the wall here with my wits end...they
have 18 people out there that hate OWA and want their "normal" client
back...

Thanks!

Tom
