Hello Everyone,

Here is what we are thinking of doing:

Our techsupport people here want to PCAnywhere out to a secureremote
client to make changes, test stuff, including connections back to our
site over the VPN while PCAnywhere is running. We have the users
specifically active PCAnywhere host when we need them too.

We have it working now - what we had to do was add in an object for the
techsupport PC and make it so it is part of our VPN-Accessable servers
group. We did not Export the object.

Then, the SecureRemote user has to actually authenticate with the
Firewall before this will work.

If they are not authenticated, we cannot even ping the SecureRemote
machine.
If they kill the secureremote software we can PC Anywhere just fine
with the machine.

I am not sure why the SecureRemote client blocks accessing the machine
and why SecureRemote client does not pop up an authentication window if
it needs to talk back to our systems over VPN?

Any ideas?
