The client setup documentation that ships with ACE/Server was not great, but easily good enough to get it running. In short, you need to set up your ACE/Server, copy the sdconf.rec file from it to the firewall system directory (on NT, winnt\system32), restart the firewall, and define a user with SecurID as the authentication method. This requires FWZ encryption UNLESS you use hybrid mode with FW1 4.1SP1, in which case you can also use IKE for DES/3DES. Hope that helps...
