I have the lb methods set with the appropriate type. 'Server Load' is the
only one that requires the agent. I just don't where to find the agent
program.

You might want to check the properties page connect
control tab and choose a port for which the load
emasuring agent communicates.
I found a reference in the manual(pg 582) to 'lhttpd', which
I only found a link in $FWDIR/bin for 'in.lhttpd -> fw'.
