Several of my VPN users are having problems replying to email
via SecuRemote. They can read and address the email just fine.
Sending it is a problem.
The paraphrased error message from Outlook is
".... Network timeout, please try again later..."
Naturally, they can access internal web pages just fine.
Does anyone have a hint for solving this problem?
* Firewall 2000 (v 41, SP1)
* NAT'd addresses on the inside of the FW for SecuRemote users
(This is needed since the default gateway for the company
is a different FW.)
* Sun SPARC gateway (Sun Ultra Enterprise 1, just for VPN)
* Solaris 2.7 with patches on gateway
* Split DNS
* SR 4.153 clients
* FWZ encryption
* IKE/Hybrid encryption with SecurID authentication
