You could bind two separate IP address to the server. Require authentication
on one IP and allow all access with the other. I am assuming that
authentication is taking place from the firewall's perspective.

You should be very careful running anonymous FTP and a website on the same
box if you are concerned about the integrity of the website data.

Subject: [FW1] User authentication and anonymous ftp
On Firewall-1 4.0, we want to employ user authentication for off-site
employees who use telnet and ftp to manage documents on our web server.
This box is also serving as our anonymous ftp server. Is it possible to
define a rule that forces firewall authentication for employees using telnet
and ftp, but allows anonymous ftp requests to pass through to this server
without requiring firewall user authentication? Or does the anonymous ftp
function need to be split off onto a separate box in order for user
authentication for employees for ftp to work?
