Iosif,
Some use support as a justification. Some vendors
will not support you unless you are at certain release
and/or patch levels.
Some other justifications are;
- To fix issues that you're encountering.
- For the added fuctionality for admin purposes.
- To get a jump start on learning all the new features.
- In anticipation of that cool new eb/ec site your
building(security, functionality, etc.)
- Because the vendor of another product that works
with your fw software, needs the upgrade.
- etc.
I have a question. Why _do_ you want to upgrade?
