Hi,

I had a very similar experience.

Be sure to license your original certificate key (your
4.0 key) and not the one that comes on the packaging
for your 4.1 materials.

CP monitors/logs your original cert key once you pay
for something.

This *may* be your problem/solution. Hope so!
