Regardless of the platform you are running FireWall-1/VPN-1 on,
you may use the HTTP security server if you have the appropriate
license feature.
In this case, the license feature is "content"
You can determine whether you have this license feature with
`fw printlic -p |grep content`
Generally, this is available on limited licensed gateways that protect
100 or more nodes. At least this was true for 4.0. I suspect that this
remains true for 4.1
