It must be very frustrating for CP's techs in R&D to see how their own
sales and support people are blowing what they created. At least I've
the feeling last summer CP did heavily improve the internal quality
management. Starting with 4.0 SP4 and 4.1 SP0 it looks like they
actually test their software before shipping it to the customers.

I've learnt by the hard way not to pay any license until the final
license key arrived and proved to work. Usually unpaid invoices are
the best motivation for a FW-1 reseller to get the job done right.
Remember the old Orc song "Where there's a Whip, there's a Way!"
