I am moving my FW-1 VPN-1 3DES Encryption center (v4.0 SP1) from one AIX box to a new, more powerful one. No ip addresses will be changed. After restoring a full "mksysb" backup on the new box, I am unable to load a new Security Policy - getting the below error: fw1rules.W: Security Policy Script generated into fw1rules.pf fw1rules: Compiled OK. Installing Security Policy fw1rules on all.all@fw1 Failed to Load Security Policy: No Valid FM License Installing Security Policy on localhost(fw1) failed I have the same external & internal ip addresses on my new box, and the same FW-1 licenses. How come I can't load a new Security Policy? Is there some check against the external MAC address of the new box?
